Hypnose was developed as a comprehensive interior design project for Shaji Construction. The scope included the design, visualization and animation of five distinct apartment types. This page features the final renders produced for the Type D unit.

Shaji Construction sought a cohesive interior vision for Hypnose, a residential project composed of five distinct apartment types. The challenge was to develop a unified design language that could adapt to varying layouts while preserving a consistent aesthetic identity. Additionally, producing high-quality visualizations and animations for the entire project created a need for a streamlined workflow.

Our Approach

Concept Development:
Established a unified design identity for Hypnose that could be adapted across five apartment types. Focused on creating a calm, contemporary aesthetic that aligns with Shaji Construction’s vision for elevated residential living.

Visual Direction:
Developed soft, natural lighting and a warm neutral palette to emphasize spatial harmony. Balanced minimalism with tactile materiality to enhance comfort and livability.

Spatial Design:
Created tailored interior layouts for each unit type while maintaining a cohesive design language. Addressed functional needs through custom furniture solutions and refined material selections.

Rendering & Visualization:
Produced high-resolution renders showcasing key living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom areas. Used a realistic lighting workflow to highlight textures, depth and spatial clarity.

Animation:
Generated short animation sequences to communicate circulation, atmosphere and material transitions. Employed smooth camera movements to reinforce the project’s calm and cohesive tone.
