Z.T House
Residential, Interior Design
2 Weeks

Z.T House is a full interior design and visualization project for a 3+1 residence located in Sarıyer. The aim was to create a calm, functional and cohesive atmosphere by refining each space through a minimal material palette, balanced lighting and tailored architectural details.

The main challenge was to transform a standard 3+1 layout into a seamless living experience without visual noise. The client wanted a warm yet understated aesthetic that avoided clutter, required high storage integration and demanded consistent spatial logic across the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, corridor and bedrooms. Achieving this level of coherence while maintaining comfort and functionality shaped the direction of the project.

Our Approach
Concept Development Structured the project around the idea of quiet simplicity, focusing on clean volumes, soft transitions and natural textures to build a serene living environment. Material Strategy Used a reduced palette of warm wood, light neutrals and matte black accents to maintain continuity across all rooms. Balanced these with soft fabrics and stone textures for depth without visual heaviness. Spatial Layout Reorganized circulation zones to enhance openness and flow. Integrated custom storage solutions that merge into the architecture, allowing each space to remain visually clean.
